SWATCHED Student Competition with Interior Design Society (IDS)
Monday - May 5 - 10:30 am to 1 pm - Thermador B/S/H Showroom
SWATCHED is a dynamic design concept competition that challenges students to put their studies to work and create unique design boards using materials provided by IDS sponsors. This event has been a hit with IDS chapters across the nation, including Long Island, Las Vegas, and Portland, and we're excited to bring it to Houston for the first time, exclusively for HCC students!
Key Benefits for Students:
Resource Library: Students will receive a design bag filled with high-quality materials from leading sponsors like Thibaut, Jaipur Living and Sherwin Williams, jump starting their personal resource library for future projects. And a monetary gift for first place winner!
Industry Exposure: Students will gain invaluable exposure to seasoned interior designer judges, building connections and establishing relationships within the design community. Double exposure for those attending REVEAL in the same week!
Career Boost: Top winners will receive amazing prizes and significant recognition, enhancing their portfolios and resumes and providing a career springboard.
